The flyer noted that the Daurah will cover six beginner-level texts across different Islamic fields, including Mi’atu Hadith lil Hifdh (Hadith), Mandhumah Talqin al-Aqidah lil Atfal (Aqidah), Al-Nadhm al-Asghar fi al-Fiqh (Fiqh), Mandhumah Ahsan al-Akhlaq (Moral conduct), Al-Madinah fi Muhimm ‘Ilm al-Siyar (Sirah), and Juz’ min Kitab Tazwid al-Shabab (General Islamic education).
Speaking with DIGEST PRESS, the Daawah Chairman of MSSN-UDUS, Musa Abdullahi, a 400-level student from the Department of Education Foundation, explained that the programme aimed to help students make the most of the holiday period for gaining more Islamic knowledge.
According to him, the Daurah serves as a powerful starting point for those seeking to understand their faith and grow spiritually.
“This holiday is not just a time for rest, it is a rare opportunity. While many may spend it in comfort and idleness, it is a chance for us to rise, grow, and achieve something meaningful that sets us apart,” he said.
He added that knowledge is only attained by the will of Allah, and the programme offers more than just classes.
“With this Dawrah, where six different beginner-level texts in Islamic knowledge will be covered, we are being presented with a powerful starting point. It is more than just a program, it is a gateway to understanding, a path to personal growth, and an opportunity to draw closer to Allah,” he added.
Abdullahi further advised students on campus not to let the opportunity pass them by, urging them to embrace the programme with seriousness, dedication, and sincerity.
